3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to upload:

• Illegal, hateful, or violent content.
• Copyrighted material you do not have the right to use.
• Malware or malicious code.

We reserve the right to ban users who violate these rules.

4. Fees and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro").
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payments are processed securely via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unpuff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
