You should not rely on the information provided by the App as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or dermatologist for hair loss, scalp conditions, or any other medical concerns.

2. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree that you will not use it to upload, share, or process any content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Explicit, obscene, or sexually suggestive.
• Infringing on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

GROOMD offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features.

• Pricing: We offer subscription plans at $4.99 per week and $29.99 per year. Prices may vary by region.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
• Managing Subscriptions: You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple Account Settings after purchase.
• Cancellations: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
